Certificate
On any Internet purchase over $200, you will receive a detailed appraisal.
The appraisal is useful if you decide to insure your jewelry.
It will
include a picture of the item(s) plus a detailed description with
a replacement value for each piece. Most items are one of a
kind, the replacement value will always be the purchase price.

On
any purchase of a single diamond larger than 1/2 (0.50) carats or Diamond
Stud Earrings of any size you will receive a free lifetime trade
up guarantee. This simply means that you may use the full purchase
price of your diamond or Diamond Stud Earrings towards the purchase
of a more valuable diamond or Diamond Stud Earrings that we have in
stock. For example, if you purchase an engagement ring for $3500, and
the price of the diamond was $2,500. You may trade-up that stone in
a year for a $4,500 diamond and only pay the $2,000 difference. An official
diamond certificate explaining this policy is available upon request
at no additional charge. The certificate will have the specifications
of the diamond you are purchasing and the purchase price of the diamond.
**This Trade-up guarantee does not apply to the engagement ring mounting
or any other Diamond ring (just the Center Stone single Diamond or Diamond
Stud Earrings).

STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING WILL BE FREE.

Overnight
shipping $20.00 plus the value of insurance, Second day is $15.00
plus the value of insurance,
Third day is $10.00 plus the value of the insurance. We
ship everything fully insured with tracking information. Florida
residents please add 7.0% sales tax. Prices are subject to change
if to ship internationally.
Delivery: Standard delivery is 3-5* business days after
order is received. All orders will be shipped with insurance and
tracking
information. If payment is rendered by credit card, we are authorized
to send orders only to the billing address, or alternate shipping
address
of the credit card holder. If you would like the item shipped to
another address please call us for payment instructions. For security
reasons,
we do not accept COD's.
* Special Note: If you require customization of an item, please add
1-2 weeks to delivery schedule.

Internet purchases, if an item is out of stock no merchandise will be
shipped. If your credit card has been charged, you will receive an e-mail
asking if you'd like to cancel your order and receive a refund.

rings will be mailed in women's standard ring size 6-7 and men's standard
ring size 10-11 unless otherwise specified. If sizing is required, WE
WILL SIZE ALL RINGS FOR FREE UP TO 21/2 SIZES UP OR DOWN INCLUDING PLATINUM
& 18 KARAT GOLD!!! For sizing greater than 21/2 sizes up or
down there will be an extra charge, and we would notify you of these
charges before we size the ring(s). On items requiring sizing, add 1-2
business days to the delivery schedule.

dollars. Interim markdowns may have been taken. Discounted prices are

- Payment Methods
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Diners, or checks. If you send us a
check,
we must wait until it clears (usually 2 weeks) before sending you
the merchandise. If you reside outside of the United States you
must
submit funds via wire-transfer. Florida residents: Please
add 7% sales tax to the total price (before shipping charges). If
you
would like to make payment via phone or E-mail please provide us
with your Billing address (where your credit card sends you your
bill).

- Warranty
Limited 30-Day Warranty
All fine jewelry purchased from B.O.S. Jewelers, Inc. (B.O.S. Inc.)
is warranted for thirty (30) days from date of purchase. All fine
jewelry is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value.
All fine jewelry is either 14K and 18K gold or Platinum.
Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only (based
upon B.O.S. Inc.s inspection and sole determination) and expressly
excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental
abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at B.O.S. Jewelers
Inc. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other
than B.O.S. Inc. will void this warranty. B.O.S. INC. DISCLAIMS ANY
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS,
AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to
you. Our warranty is valid only in the USA. For additional information

- Exchanges
or Returns
**Items may be exchanged or returned within
10 days from the date of delivery.
Call B.O.S Jewelers, Inc., at (305) 374-6950 or E-mail us at sales@bosjewelers.com
to obtain authorization to return an item. If you request a refund,
the amount of the purchase, less shipping and sizing charges will
be refunded using your original payment method (regardless of whether
the following were done for FREE). To obtain authorization to return
or exchange an item, please include the following:
Your
name
Original invoice number
Detailed description of the problem
Your return address, phone number and e-mail address
**Be sure to indicate whether you want an exchange or refund
to the representative.
**There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES after 10 days
from the date of delivery.
Since you are responsible for us to receive the merchandise, send your
return with tracking information and appropriate insurance to:
